I reserve the right to turn down requests that I feel will not fit in my schedule or do not fit my style. 

The process: 

Send me an E-mail that details your brief, required commercial licence and deadline. I will then send you a price estimate for your approval. Once we reach a price agreement, you will have a spot in my commission list.

Although I am flexible, I usually work through Wise and direct bank transfer for payments.


Unless specifically stated in the contract, Alhin Row retains copyright and intellectual property rights to the original Image.

The Artist agrees to the exclusive licensing of the following rights to the publisher: the right to display, advertise, and transmit the Images ; the right to modify the Images in basic ways such as trimming them into banners, using parts of them for merchandise, or adding text to them; the right to produce art prints and other reproductions of the Images; and the right to create derivative works such as merchandise and accessories featuring the Images . This exclusive license applies solely to the use of the Images during production, development and sale of the (Anthology/Book).

The Client reserves the right to continue to sell print and electronic copies of the (Anthology/Book/Illustration), with the Images included, after the period of exclusivity has ended, for as long as the Publisher remains in operation. The Client also reserves the right to sell any excess merchandise made featuring the Images after the period of exclusivity, but not to produce new merchandise without the express written permission of the Artist. The Client is not permitted to use the Images in any other publication or electronic media.

The Client must properly identify the Artist as the creator of the Image and provide the Artist’s chosen publication name on the copyright page of the (Anthology/Book).

The Artist retains all rights to the Image not specified here, including but not limited to: authorship credit, the right to use the Image in their portfolio, and the right to promote the original Image.
